Payment Policy:

Jewelry up to NIS 5,000 - an advance of 20% of the value of the jewelry will be transferred after the purchase order is confirmed, before starting the work.

Jewelry over NIS 5,000 - an advance of 35% of the value of the jewelry will be transferred immediately after the purchase order is confirmed, before starting the work.

The rest of the payment will be transferred When receiving the jewel.

Product Return Policy:

Because Siempré produces the jewelry for you personally (personal engraving on the ring, personal design, size adjustment, etc.), it is not possible to return jewelry that was made especially for you.

It is important for us to clarify that we will not deliver jewelry that we (or you, the customer) will not be happy with.

In the case of jewelry that was not created especially for you, the return policy will be in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law in Israel:

"Type of service / product: a piece of jewelry for which the price paid does not exceed NIS 3,000.

Number of dates of cancellation and additional reservations if any: from the date of purchase until the end of 2 days thereafter, which are not rest days "

warranty:

As part of the purchase, the jewelry will be given a warranty for one year, from the date of delivery of the jewelry.

What the warranty include:

Adjust the size of the ring for once, after delivery (If needed).

As part of the warranty, a professional cleaning service will be provided once after the jewelry is delivered, if needed.

Fall of a diamond and / or gemstone weighing up to 0.05 carats ("5 points").

What the warranty does not include:

No warranty will be given for the fall of a diamond and / or gemstone weighing more than 0.05 carats.

No liability will be given for damage or scratches caused as a result of using the jewelry.

No liability will be given for loss and / or theft of the jewelry, or a parts of it.

No liability will be given for defects in the jewelry created as a result of incorrect cleaning performed by the customer and / or in contact with chemicals.

If an error occurs that originates in a good faith in the description of the jewelry, the above will not obligate the company.

Siempré recommends that its customers insure the jewel.

Delivery time:

Siempré does everything in its power to deliver the product as quickly as possible, without compromising on the quality of the diamonds, gold and jewelry design.

In general, the time from a purchase order to the delivery of the jewelry is 7-18 working days, depending on the type of jewelry.

From the Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan, Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00 - free of charge.

From Ramat Gan - collection can also be arranged outside working hours - free of charge.

Deliveries:

Shipments outside of Israel will be priced separately.
